I got the veggie flatbread with chicken....SOOOO good!! Highly recommend. It was absolutely fully loaded with toppings. Plus I got sangria and that was really good too.

For our to go order, restaurant added a surcharge to our bill without prior disclosure. When we asked, they said they did not want to raise price of the food but want to get extra money for the cooks.
In addition, the fries were grainy like it has sand in it. We then try to call to let them know. However, we were greeted with automated responses with no ability to speak to a live person. -

First of all, I like Opa's, but the service at this location was awful! I haven't experienced service this bad in years!
To make matters worse, I ended up giving my poor friend the wrong address of the place since I stupidly believed that the young guy at the front knew what it was! I'm sure that he made up the address.
He walked around doing nothing the whole time. How did he get that job? I'd like to take over his position as I'd like to get paid just to walk around too, lol.
He's very young, maybe 16, short, skinny, tan, and has short wavy hair. So if you see that guy, look outside instead or Google what you need to know!
She told me that she got lost! I felt so bad! Anyways, she figured things out thankfully. I was with three other friends there.
The male waiter didn't stop by even once to refill our water. It was almost impossible to get his attention. It almost seemed like he was ignoring us!
My friend made a joke and said that I should wave my arms in the air wildly to get his attention & show cleavage as well, lol.
I doubt either of those tactics would've worked with him. lol. The food was ok, but the food at the other locations is better. The portion of the gyro meat in my gyro was skimpy.
He only ended up getting a $3 tip from a table of four women who usually always tip waiters well. He's lucky that he even got that much from my friends!
I left him nothing of course. It was a good thing that I had a bottle of water with me since we went to the Los Altos art & wine festival that day. -

The food quality was great, but the service was severely lacking. Servers just don't seem to be customer service oriented. It will take some time to return. Some examples:
- Long wait for intial greeting/acknowledgment for drink order and food order
- Server on her personal cell phone while laying plates on table
- We had to take initiative to track down and locate server for a response to a entree question since so much time lapse between table visits
- Mix up on requested vegetarian order with extended delay for replacement; we had all finished our meals before her corrected entree was delivered...and no apologies
- Overcharged for drinks -

Food: 3/3 stars
Service/Ambience: 0/2 stars
The food at Opa is very good, I got the gyro pita sandwich and it was quite good. Their fries are good too as well as the Opa Burger. Unfortunately, both the service and ambience seem to have gone downhill. Our server was very unprofessional and inattentive and the restaurant was practically empty. The service was a big let down. I would still recommend Opa though for their good food.
